About Justin Hunt, owner of Hunt for Details

Hunt for Details quite literally began in my garage. Neighbors took note as I began detailing my own daily and enthusiast cars in my spare time, and soon enough, I was detailing their cars as well. Word spread quickly, and my customers were really happy. In February of 2021, I made car detailing my full time endeavor. I love what I do and haven’t looked back for a second. I’m unbelievably proud to have built a local Athens business based on delivering top quality car detailing services and developing strong rapport with my customers. It’s a dream to be able to provide for my family while doing what I enjoy.

I’m a car guy through and through, and you’ll likely see me at car shows around Athens, GA. I enjoy learning about the quirks and features of older vehicles as well as the new technologies that are shaping current and future vehicles. It has been interesting to see electric cars become more and more prevalent in my car detailing lineup and to work with brand new products like the Rivian R1T and INEOS Grenadier. My favorite category of detail includes modern classics such as the Porsche 930 Turbo, Ferrari Testarossa, and Delorean.

My hound dog Rocky is the Hunt for Details mascot, and you may just see him trotting around when you drop off your vehicle.

About the Team

I lead a skilled team of two full-time car detailers and several part time assistants. I’ve known both of my lead technicians for years and couldn’t say enough great things about them!

Braxton

I worked with Braxton long before starting Hunt for Details, so I knew when hiring him that he had an eye for detail and would do a quality job on every car detailing service. He joined the team in June of 2021. Braxton is a K-car/micro car enthusiast, but some of his favorite details have included a 2018 Porsche 911 Turbo and 911 GT3.

Robert

Robert and I have known each other for over 10 years through the Athens, GA car scene. Robert came to car detailing after a career in corporate world, and is focused on delivering excellent customer service. He joined the team in May of 2023. Robert is a Porsche enthusiast, and some of his favorite details have been a 2022 Porsche Taycan and 2019 Ferrari Tributo.
